[ml] SISS-24の講演申し込み締め切り延長（4月30日）のお知らせ

各位、

SISS-24（第24回SIMSおよびイオン-固体相互作用に基づく関連技術に関する国際シンポジウム）の講演申込ならびに要旨投稿の締め切りを４月３０日（水）まで延長いたします。皆さまの積極的な投稿をお待ちしております。

2025年はSISS-24として、兵庫県姫路市のイーグレひめじにてオンサイトおよびリモート形式（ハイブリッド）で開催いたします。
本シンポジウムは、イオンと固体の相互作用に基づくSIMSおよび関連技術に関する国際的な会議であり、基礎、装置開発、データ解析、さらには半導体、工業材料、生物・医学、地球科学など幅広い分野への応用について活発な議論が行われます。

本年は海外から多数の招待講演者を招き、京都大学の松尾二郎先生のご退職を記念し、先生がGCIB-SIMS技術の発展に果たされた功績を振り返るとともに、今後の発展や応用について議論する特別セッションを開催します。
また、ポスター賞（Karen Awards）も設けておりますので、是非ご応募ください。

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Scientific International Symposium on SIMS and Related Techniques Based on Ion-Solid Interactions (SISS), we are pleased to inform you that the abstract submission deadline for SISS-24 has been extended by four weeks.

The submission deadlines for oral and poster presentations have been extended to April 30, 2025.

SISS-24 will take place from June 18 to 20, 2025, in Himeji, Japan. The symposium will provide a valuable platform for researchers and industry professionals to share their latest findings and innovations in SIMS and related techniques.

As a special highlight of SISS-24, we will feature a special session honoring Prof. Jiro Matsuo, who will retire from Kyoto University in 2025, in recognition of his remarkable contributions to SIMS technology.
