Basic vacuum technology course in English

This course is designed for those who have not studied vacuum technology professionally and aims to provide them with the minimum necessary knowledge of vacuum technology, including basics of vacuum technology, vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, vacuum materials, vacuum equipment, and safety. All lectures and Q&A will be given in English.

13:40-14:40　Vacuum gauges and their measurement prinsiples
14:50-15:50　Vacuum pumps and their pumping principles
16:00-17:00　Materials for use in vacuum, vacuum equipment, and safety

Basic vacuum technology course in English（英語による真空技術基礎講座）

本講座は真空技術を専門に学んだことのない方を対象に、真空技術の基礎、真空ポンプ、真空計、真空材料、真空機器、安全など必要最小限の真空技術知識を習得してもらうことを目的としています。すべての講義及び質疑は英語で行われます。
