Welcome to the web site of ISSS-8!
The 8th International Symposium on Surface Science (ISSS-8) will be held from Oct. 22 (sun) to 26 (thu), 2017 at Tsukuba International Congress Center, Tsukuba Japan. ISSS-8 is the 8th in a series of international symposium organized by The Surface Science Society of Japan. The symposium highlights recent achievements in surface science, and related fields. Major topics include Surface Structure and Dynamics, Surface Physics and Chemistry, Fabrication and Applications of Nanostructures and Nanomaterials, Surface Characterization/Analysis Methods, Bio-surfaces and Bio-interfaces, and Application of Surface Science and Nanotechnology to Green Technologies.
