Hotel Reservation

You can use the registration system (AMARYS-JTB, linked below) for accommodation arrangements. Please follow the instruction on the top page of the system (“Accommodation(option)” button) for hotel reservations.

Several participants received fraudulent phone calls and/or e-mails from companies other than JTB Corp., which will try to steal your credit card information. Contact information of participants may be researched from the symposium program with names and their institutions. DO NOT tell the credit card information on the phone or on the web site sent via the e-mail.

JTB Corp. is the only official company for hotel reservation of ALC conference. If you arrange your accommodation by a company other than JTB Corp., it will be your own responsibility.

• Application ID (a number which was supplied for your presentation) is NOT a log-in ID for the registration system (AMARYS-JTB). The log-in ID is an ID which was made upon registration for participation.
• ALC secretariat is NOT in charge of the hotel reservation. All questions and requests about the hotel reservation and payment should be sent to a person in charge of the site operator (JTB Corp.).
