Accommodations
You may book a hotel by yourself, but reservation service is also provided by JTB Corp.

Childcare
A nursery room will be set up at the conference venue, for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
The childcare hours (opening hours) are Oct. 21st morning and afternoon (8:30 – 18:00), 22nd morning and afternoon (8:30 – 18:00), 23th morning (8:30 – 12:30), and 24th morning and afternoon (8:30 – 16:00).
Meals cannot be provided in the nursery. We therefore recommend that you go to lunch with your child during the lunch break. If your child needs to eat during childcare, please leave food in the nursery (your child's usual milk, snacks, etc.).
Advance registration is required by Sep. 30th. The cost of childcare is 1,000 JPY per 2 hours.
If you would like to use the room, please contact the secretariat "office[at]jvss.jp" (please replace [at] to @) as soon as possible to confirm the hours of use.
Visa Application
For those who require a visa to enter Japan:
We will assist with your visa application by supplying the necessary documents*. Please download and complete the request form (docx file) and send it back to the ISSS-10 secretariat at isss10@jvss.jp. After we confirm the validity of your request, we will send you the documents via email. If you have an accompanying person(s), please submit separate requests for each.
